I am a Ph.D. student for the National Ph.D. program in Artificial Intelligence at Sapienza University of Rome, conducting my research at both the ALCOR Lab (Sapienza) under the supervision of Prof. Irene Amerini and at SMART Lab (Sapienza), under the supervision of my co-advisor Dr. Piero Papi. I hold a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Sapienza University of Rome and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (L-31) from the University of Bari.

 

My current research focuses primarly on the application of Deep Learning and Computer Vision to medical and biomedical imaging, specifically for periodontitis diagnosis.

 

I also worked as an Academic Research Collaborator at the ALCOR Lab, where I designed and implemented AI frameworks to support medical tasks.
