Abstract

In recent decades, the topic of knowledge management has become increasingly relevant within organisational management debates, emerging as an interdisciplinary field that weaves together a wide and varied range of domains and industries. Since the first studies, there have been numerous theoretical developments and practical applications. Furthermore, in today’s digital era, in which technology and digital solutions are dense in everyone’s life, many studies are focused on the role of digital innovation in KM systems supported by a digital form of knowledge. New forms of knowledge creation look supporting the industrial processes both from the organisational perspective and in the network one. In fact, organisations like agile businesses are reach in digital data since agile organisations use many technological and digital devices for their activities. Moreover, the supply chain, as multi-objective systems, are crossed, is crossed by many different flows, like knowledge ones, that are managed through the use of digital solutions and enabling technologies. The seminar will address this research question by presenting Eugenio's lines of research and providing a state-of-the-art state-of-the-art state of the art on these topics. The seminar will also outline Eugenio's research in progress and future research directions.
