Hao Ma is a PhD student at the Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering at Sapienza University of Rome. His research focuses on soft tissue modelling, finite element simulation, machine learning-based surrogate models, and real-time deformation in virtual surgical training environments. His current work combines finite element analysis, deep learning, and Unity-based simulation to develop efficient and realistic soft tissue deformation models for interactive medical applications.
