Strategic Planning of the Department of Computer, Control, and Management Engineering “A. Ruberti”

 

This section collects the documentation related to the strategic planning and monitoring of the Department of Computer Science, organized in three-year cycles. For each period, two complementary types of documents are provided. The Strategic Plan outlines the Department’s vision, objectives, and development lines across its main areas of activity: research, education, internationalization, and third mission. The Monitoring and Reporting document, on the other hand, presents the progress made toward the defined objectives through quantitative and qualitative indicators, highlighting achieved results and potential critical issues. Together, these documents represent the main tool for planning, self-assessment, and continuous improvement of the Department. Their consultation allows readers to understand the evolution of strategies and performance over time.
