Following article 13 from D.Lgs.196/2003 ("Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali"), the Department of Computer and System Sciences Antonio Ruberti, being the sensible data treatment responsible informs you that:
1. your personal data, collected in full compliance with the "Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali" (D.Lgs. 196/2003), will be used with the only purpose of serving wired and wireless connection services;
2. the treatment of your data for the aforementioned purposes is realized using informatics and telematic procedures that guarantee the privacy of the personal data and reduce to a minimum the possibility of unauthorized access, data theft or forgery, in full compliance of what is stated in artt. 31 ss D.Lgs. 196/2003 and in the B attachment of D.Lgs. 196/2003;
3. the submission of your personal data to our systems is functional for accessing the service;
4. your data will not be given to third parties;
5. you are allowed to access the rights listed in art. 7 from D.Lgs.196/2003: i) obtaining confirmation from the department that your data is available and get a copy of it, ii) obtaining details on how your data is treated and the final purpose of this treatment, iii) obtain the deletion, anonymization or block of all data that is not treated or maintained conforming to the Italian laws, iv) request to update, fix or integrate the data you provided and finally, v) oppose for legitimate reasons to the data treatment.
