 rl[4]\, is proud to announce the *1st INTERNATIONAL SYDIC WORKSHOP*\, to b
 e heldin Rome on 21st-22nd January 2014.The workshop is organized in the c
 ontext of the Field Development actionpromoted by the System Dynamics Soci
 ety (SDS)\, as well as in the yearlyprogram of national activities of the 
 Italian Chapter of the SDS.The main Guest Speakers will be Kim Warren (Pre
 sident of the System DynamicsSociety and director of the company Strategy 
 Dynamics) and Pàl Davidsen(Professor of System Dynamics at the University 
 of Bergen\, Norway) who willintroduce managers\, professionals\, students\
 , academics and researchers tofully understand the great opportunity offer
 ed by such an important modellingmethodology when assessing policy and/or 
 strategy outcomes. Additionally\, thesecond day of the workshop will provi
 de participants\, by means of a hands-onsession\, with the possibility to 
 start building a model from scratch\, thusultimately allowing for a quick
