This course aims at providing methodologies and corresponding software tools for data intelligence - to tackle the challenge of "Big Data".
There will be an overview of various models, techniques and case studies, from both research and business practice.

- 11 March: Introduction to Key Performance Indicators and Critical Success Factors
- 25 March: Multidimensional model & Data Warehouse; MS SQL-Server Analysis Services: basics
- 15 April: RFID; Examples; case study
- 29 April: Notions of Social Networks Analysis (SNA); case study
- 27 May: Notions of Data Mining; Examples; case study
